Inspired by the imperatives of the human spirit and moved by the conditions of the poor in the Philippines, we commit ourselves to the collective empowerment of the poor, the deprived, and the oppressed, particularly children, youth, and women in the promotion of international solidarity, to address the root causes of poverty, human rights violations, war, and promoting sustainable peace through program services (Educational Assistance, Child Protection, and Life Skills).
We undertake development programs responsive to the legitimate needs and aspirations of the rural and urban poor communities and facilitate the formation of grassroots organizations by promoting international solidarity, mobilizing the middle class, and the professionals in the Philippines. Moreover, institutional stability and responsible management are important components.
We dream of a society where people, in all their diversities, live in harmony with each other and with the natural world; where everyone has access to land and all resources of production; where people enjoy the freedom to create and develop their social relationship and govern responsively by themselves; where human rights, dignity, and creativity are respected and promoted; where people, specially the children, young people, and women are healthy and enjoy the comfort of family and society; where there are no borders and freedom is cherished by everyone.
We aim to build democratic organizations of children, young people/youth, and women as active partners in the planning and implementation of sustainable, comprehensive, and integrated development programs in selected depressed urban and rural communities, and form international and local support networks.
We also aim to serve as a resource center for children, youth, and women's concerns.

Since 2007, our Educational Assistance Program has supported children from elementary in the rural poor community of Perez, Quezon, and the urban poor community of Tondo, Manila. In 2021, we started supporting secondary education in Perez Quezon. These programs provide school supplies, uniforms, shoes, and bags, alongside regular workshops for children and seminars for parents and guardians on child rights and protection.
As of 2025, we serve 320 active beneficiaries and have supported an estimated 3,000 children since our establishment: empowering families and strengthening access to education in marginalized rural and urban communities.
